What Causes Welt Looking Rashes Around Waist, Thighs And Breast?

Hello...I have a welt looking rash around my waist ..at bend of my leg thigh area....one welt on breast...today I noticed on my lower back center....on legs below my knees.....they do not itch or hurt....then I have a fine red rash of small dots upper back , neck , partial chest, arms, legs below knees and that is an itchy rash...my sclap is itchy as well.....ive already completed 2 treatments for what mobile doctor called possible scabies.....however , its been a week and I continue to break out in both rashes......

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed acute urticaria.
It is an allergic condition.
Anything including food, cloth, change in climate, pollens etc can cause urticaria.
You need to find out the cause.
Treatment can be with oral anti histamines.
Steroids like prednisolone are also helpful but cannot be used for long.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
