What Causes Wet Burps And Vomiting In Formula Fed Infants?

Hi, my 2 months old baby is FF baby and always has wet burps and vomits after each feed. We tried various formulas from Bebelac extta care, Hip Organic to NAN HA and NAN AR with no luck. Any advice on how to treat the reflux, should I consider medicine or is she too young?

Hello,
This regurgitation of milk is pretty common in infants of this age, and it is not entirely related to formula milk. Children that are on mother feed also experience these symptoms. What you need to check is that there are small solid particles in this liquid, these indicate that the milk is digested. In case it is only liquid then you need to check if the child is being over fed or exposure to cold, because these may be a cause.
Here is what you need to do, first of all, after feeding keep the child upright for a minute or two so that he takes a burp. Then make sure he is well covered and not over fed.
I hope it helps. Let me know if you have more questions.
