What Causes Wet Flatulence While On Metformin And Aspirin For Hemorrhoids?

I take metformin and aspirin on prescription I think I have internal piles quite a loss of blood when going to toilet it now feels like a wet fart and have to go toilet whereas a lot of blood also explodes I am in no pain and no stomach cramps when I have stopped aspirin it clears up with the suppositories it also leaks into clothing I am a 62year old male is this something more serious than piles as their is a lot of blood loss

metformin and aspirin are generally not recomanded in piles. since it is bleeding should have sitz bath apply proctosedyl ointment and take cremafin at bed time.get it examined by surgeon to have proper diagnosis , like whether it is piles fistula or fissure.can consult oncologist and rule out malignancy.
