What Causes Wet Flatulence?
for the past 3 days, whenever I have to pass gas I have to be in the bathroom because there may be watery discharge with it. I have done nothing different and have not changed my diet. The weather has been crazy and I am not sleeping as well as I have been.

Understand your concern
I think it is diarrhea due to the gastroenteritis.
Other cause may be:
Bactrial, viral or protozoa infection
Irritable bowel syndrome
Excessive stress
Just consult the doctor and get the test done like
CBC, ESR, LFT, Hb, Stoll and urine analysis
Take more fluid
Adequate fiber in diet
Tablet metrogyl
Tablet probiotics
Avoid excessive sweet
