What Causes Wheezing After Choking Up On A Pill?

I got a pill stuck in my windpipe and when I tried to get a breath I sucked a pill into my lung. I have been wheezing badly. I could actually feel it in my right lung. This happened several hours ago. I did finally manage to cough up part of the pill a few minutes ago.

Get an X Ray chest PA & Lat view done. Which pill was it & who advised it.
Do some warm saline gargling , IS THE WHEEZE STILL PRESENT? may be it might get coughed out, other wise you have to see the chest specialist to remove it by endoscopy.
