What Causes Wheezing?

Hello, I am a young lady and have this everyday rattling noise from my chest, I donnot eat a a lot of acids. The rattling noises donnot come with any liquid , no burn feeling . One time I recorded them with my tablet , and erased it, and it was just to test if others may hear them . I was able to hear them. They are always there, after I eat, after I wake -up , every day and It seems as if they are permanent . My sister thought one time it could be plegm build up, or gas .
