What Causes White And Red Spot On Arm With Bumps?
I have a perfect round spot on my upper arm that appears to be white in the center and red with bumbs along the outsude. It is very dry but does not itch or hurt. No other sympto. It is ststarting to worry me because it has been there for weeks. Thank you

According to your history it appears to be a case of eczema. You may apply cortisone cream over the spot twice daily alond with the some good moisturising lotion. Also avoid using harsh soaps and hot water for bathing. You can also apply oil on your body. If the spot doesnt get better in 2 weeks after starting this treatment you should consult a doctor.
