Hello, I ve been having this problem with my throat for the last year or so http://oi59.tinypic.com/2wbxate.jpg I have never had this white/yellowish spots before. My throat is more sensitive to spicy food and alcoholic beverages and usually feels irritated the next day after I consume them. I have quit smoking 2 months ago and I feel it is getting better, but not as fast as i would. Is this really a granular chronic pharyngitis or some other condition? How can it be treated? Thank you!
