I have enlarged circumvulate papillae and i was sick for about 2 weeks with aweful sore throat and caugh. Now the sore throat and caugh are gone but the papille are still enlarged and i have a little white area on one of them that is a bit sore. Any idea of what this could be?

A few other things that will help you are avoiding very hot foods and fluids. Sucking on ice pops.. Avoid spicy and hard foods..
