What Causes White Blood Cells In Urine Accompanied By Tiredness?

I had my annual exam with my ob/gyn last week and there were white blood cells in my urine sample. Lately I have no energy and when I do the simplest tasks, I just want to lie down. I have not been running a fever and I am drinking water. I also do not have painful urination or constantly going to the bathroom.

You have white blood cells in urine. It suggest urinary tract infection. You should take a course of antibiotics like levofloxacin or norfloxacin. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Drink plenty of water.
