What Causes White Bump On Perineum?

I have a white bump maybe two( one much smaller) on my perennial. It doesn t hurt or get irrated. I found it while washing. At first I thought nothing of it but its been there for several weeks now. It s hard, white, and maybe a quarter of an inch in width. Any ideas?

- other viral infections

- perianal wart

- staph aureus or other bacterial infection

- fungal infection

- sebaceous cyst

- folliculitis

- HIV related eruptions

- others
