What Causes White Bumps On Shaft Of Penis And Scrotum Of A Virgin?

I have these white bumps on the shaft of my penis there are a couple on my scrotum also. I saw a doctor a while ago about them at the time I had the exact same bumps on my are but they went away after a month or so. It s been three years later and I still have them on the shaft of my penis. Now i have not or have ever been sexualy active (virgin). I would like to know what they are and HOW to make them go away

Hello,

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a urologist, in case you need to get Urinalysis & other tests done.

Since you are not sexually active, your symptoms are indicative of Pearly penile papules, other similar conditions is Fordyce spots.

Both of these are harmless. Take care of your hygiene, don't share your toiletries & wear cotton clothes.Keep the private area dry.

Chances of infection is higher when the private parts are moist due to sweat or poor hygiene. Take regular showers.

Apply hydrocortisone cream or miconazole cream in the area affected. For better results you can contact a surgeon/ dermatologist & opt for cryosurgery, this procedure uses extreme cold to freeze the papules so they will disappear.
