What Causes White Burning Patches On Arms And Face?
I have white patches on my arms and face because I was prescribed to medicine that had a reaction and started eating my skin from the inside. It has taken the pigment out of these spots and is bad enough sometimes just sun on my skin makes it feel like its burning even threw glass. what can I do to get color back?
As per your query you have white burning patches on arms and face . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query diabetes , shingles , peripheral , vascular disease , eczema, fungal infections, psoriasis, scabies and rosacea . It can also occur due to side effect of some medicine or sun burn rashes . I would suggest you to avoid any cosmetic product , wash it with cold water and mild soap , apply petroleum jelly and take benadryl twice a day . If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , allergy test , skin patch test and take history . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , corticosteroid ointment , immunosuppresants or anti fungal medicine ( fluconazole ) .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
