What Causes White Circular Spots Behind Uvula And Right Side Of Jaw?
Good evening,I have a white circular spot behind my uvula as well as white patches at the back of my mouth-right side-on my jaw and in between the upper and lower teeth. I have allergies and chronic sinusitis and have had strep throat twice in the past 4 months.Any insight as to what is ailing me would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Understanding your concern.
As per your query white circular spots behind uvula and right side of jaw is because of post-nasal drip, where nasal secretions tend to gravitate in that area and cause some irritation. White patches and severe soreness could be a sign of strep throat.
Need not to worry about anything. Have adequate rest and avoid exposure to environmental pollutants. Visit general practitioner once and get it examine. Take proper antibiotic course as prescribed by doctor after proper evaluation.
Maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing and flossing on daily basis.
If these spots hurting you while having food, dip cotton in tea tree oil and apply on these spots two times a day. Take multivitamin tablet to booster immunity of body.
Rinse mouth daily with antimicrobial mouth wash and betadine gargles.
Visit dentist once as well to check if upper and lower teeth are not causing continuous irritation to oral mucosa in the form of bite and get that relieved.
