What Causes White Clumps On Penis?

Hello random healthcare professionals. I woke up this morning and went to the washroom only to find rather sticky white 'clumps' on the head of my penis, the texture of which was not unlike dried cake icing. They were easily removed, however I seem to recall my friend telling me this was a sign of yeast infection. In addition I have also had very 'fragrant' urine for the past couple weeks. I can freely admit that my diet is poor, that I drink lots of soda, eat lots of snacks, what have you. However, the white clumps only appeared today. No idea if they will reappear. Possible causes of this? What to do if they do or don't come back? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
