Hello and welcome,

Whitish stool indicates lack of bile. Bile is made by the liver and it aids the digestion of lipids in the small intestine. Bile also gives brown color to stool. Lack of bile causes stool to lose its brown color and it appears pale or clay colored. Citalopram or champix (varenicline) have not reported to cause pale or whitish colored stool. If you are not taking any other medications (some NSAIDs, birth control pills, antibiotics, or anabolic steroids may cause whitish stool) there might be a problem in the gallbladder, liver or in the pancreas. If the pale colored stool persist you should go and see your doctor. Your may need blood tests, ultrasound etc to investigate liver, gallbladder and pancreas.
Champix can cause vaginal discharge. It is temporary and goes away when you stop the medication.

I hope the above information will be helpful for you. Please, feel free to ask me if there is anything else you need to know.

Thank you,
Malik Amonov MD
