What Causes White Colored Painless Growth On The Foreskin?

am 30 years of age,weighing about 67kg has had no medical conditions a part from flues, malaria and other minor ailments.In August i bought and wore an under pant before washing.I had some infection on my penis which was treated.From then i have some few,around 3 small white painless growth on my foreskin just at the point it joins the
glans. What could these be and how can i treat them?or will they disappear on their own
