What Causes White Creamy Discharge And Itchy Rash On Penis?

I m went to see a doctor at the Houspital because I felt like I had a UTI, he didn t examine me but prescribed a cream, its been two weeks and now I m having discharged from my penis ( milky white) and it itches,bruns, and has a rash, I m not cercumsides and the skin splitting and bleeding, what can I do until I see my Doctor? Please Help

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of white discharge from penis along with itching, burning and rashes seems to be due to yeast infection of penis known as Mucocutaneous Genital Thrush..
It is commonly seen in patients with poor immunity or diabetes..
I would suggest you to consult an Infectious medicine specialist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and Urethral swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case of yeast infection you will be advised to apply antifungal creams like Clotrimazole.
You can also be advised oral antifungal medications like Fluconazole that has to be taken weekly..
In case if you are married your partner will also be treated with antifungal medications like ointments and pesseries..
Clean the genitals with a mild soap and warm water..
Wear loose fitting clothes and cotton undergarments..
In case if blood sugar is ruled out high you can be advised to take oral hypoglycemic drugs to bring the levels to normal..
