What Causes White Creamy Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Pain?

I had a super faint positive hpt, then anotherctest faint positive. I am now 5 days late so I took another one but it was negative. I had creamy white discharge and now I have upper abdominal pain, varying from cramp-like to just a tight feeling. Could I be pregnant?

It is mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cyclopam or meftal-spaz for stomach pain. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part either by regular washing or you can use v-wash vaginal gel for local application.
