What Causes White Crusts And Redness Below The Opening Of Penis?

I have two problems related to my penispeni.Recently I have developed a situation with the underside of the head of my penis . A white crustration appears around circumstance the circular undersie of the head. If the area is cleaned the area turns red and can produce blood.My second problem is I am also suffering with ED. I have tried everything imaginable including the needle which I have not been happy with, This is my biggest Issue.

I understand your concern.
What problems you are facing with reference erectile dysfunction is more of psychological problem than physical.
To overcome erectile dysfunction, you can use Tablet. Tadalafil 30 minutes before the act to achieve good erection.
The other problem with white crusts and redness appears to be associated with superficial skin infection.
Kindly wash the area with warm water and mild antiseptic solution like Savlon thrice daily. After drying, apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream. Maintain good genital hygiene. Avoid sexual activities till the lesions heals completely.
