What Causes White Discharge Along With Urine?
hi doc, I m suffering from urinating related problem.some time along with my urine white liquid come out and during any time in a day some white liquid is coming which can i feel. im taking cefixime and ofloxacin tablets and cital syrup for that plz guide me

You are suffering from white discharge along with urine. Such a symptom is commonly caused due to mucous in urine. You should get urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. If mucous in urine is detected then it is suggestive of ulcerative colitis, bacterial infection, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, cystic fibrosis, etc.
In case white particles are detected in the urine then it is indicative of UTI, sexually transmitted infections, kidney stones, retrograde ejaculation in men, BV & yeast infection in case of women.
Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected and diagnosis made. You will be treated with appropriate antibiotic and analgesics. Do continue to take the medicines prescribed till you get Urinalysis done and till the reports of your tests and investigations come.

The white discharge coming along with urine is suggestive of UTI. In fact, you have been already prescribed cefixime and ofloxacin to treat this infection adequately. Keep in mind that the infection won't go away so easily until you get the complete course of antibiotics and repeat the testing and another course of antibiotics if needed. If STDs is confirmed, I think the treatment will take longer than usual. And of course, your partner should get treatment too (if it's only one). Please keep regular follow ups with your caring doctor.
