What Causes White Discharge From Breasts?

Hi, I have high prolactin level( 200). But I am not facing any vision problem. I was detected with hepatitis A 4 weeks back and post medication I started getting white discharge from breasts. Planning to visit an endocrinologists. What possible reason can cause this?

White discharge from breasts is due to high prolactin levels. High prolactin levels cause galactorrhea (milk secretion from breasts)
