Hi Dear,
Welcome to HCM.
Understanding your concern.
As per your query you have symptoms of bleeding and white discharge from gums which is a symptom of
gingivitis progressing towards periodontists which occurs due to poor
oral hygiene. Bleeding from gums occurs once bacteria and debris accumulation deposits there and leads to inflammation of gums. If it keeps on going it leads to formation of hard substance which is whitish in nature known as calculus which keeps on accumulating and leads to jaw bone loss.
I would suggest you to maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing and flossing two times a day.
Use antimicrobial mouth wash to prevent spread of infection and prevent bacterial accumulation.
Avoid smoking, alcohol as it will exaggerate condition.
Do
betadine gargles daily.
Visit periodontist once and get it examined properly.
Go for scaling and root planning as it will remove debris from that area and prevents its build up.
Go for curettage if necessary and recommended by
dentist.
Rinse
listerine mouth wash daily after that.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
