I am a 29 yr old male I ve been mmarried and faithful for seven years.My wife just went for testing because of odor she had bbacterial vaginous about three weeks ago.Three days ago I felt like I had something stuck in my penis and have white discharge small amounts coming out.I went for testings but dont feel this is an std because her or myself have not been with anyone else and she just tested nnegative for std.Any idea what this could be?
