Hello,

Possibilities like hypothyroidism or mastitis or duct ectasia and prolactinoma or drugs like hormones or steroid intake etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done mammogram with thyroid profile, haemoglobin status etc. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
