Hello,
White discharge, sensitive nipples before periods may be due to
leukorrhea in the luteal phase. At this time
progesterone peaks your body. It may also be due to infections like BV,
Vaginitis, PID, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist to detect any infection that is causing you discomfort. Get treated. Since you have sensitive nipples and your periods are due, wait for a couple of days and do a
pregnancy test to detect pregnancy.
Pregnant women secrete sticky, white, or pale-yellow mucus in the first trimester and throughout their pregnancy. Increased hormones and vaginal blood flow cause the discharge. Take care of your hygiene, avoid sex with multiple partners if sexually active. Get
STD tests done to stay on the safer side. Take food rich in iron, calcium and protein.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
