Hi.. I noticed hat my daughter has this white discharge on her vagina everytime she defecate. It s white and odorless and she s not experiencing any itchiness or soreness or pain. I also notices that she her breast is the developing. She s only 3 years old. Help please...

hi, this is not a normal thing, bacterial vaginosis needs to be ruled out. Get the child examined by a gynaecologist. Take care.
