What Causes White Discoloration,burning And Itching In Fingers?

I have genital lichen sclerosis. Today it appears that it is happening to my fingers. They have the same white discoloration and are burning and itching. Over the last 2 hours it has spread to 4 fingers- 3 on one hand and 1 on the other. Is that how this occurs on the hands?
