What Causes White Dots On The Palms And Legs?
25 years ago, there was white colour in the side of lips and lips were redish. I under medication for 2-3 years. after that it was cured. Then I stopped taking medicines. now white dots are appearing on my palm and leg. I started taking Melanocyl tablet one per day.

The white spots are most probably due to vitiligo or leukoderma.
This is an autoimmune disease in which melanocytes which are responsible for pigmentation in the body are not formed.
There is no cure, and it is usually a lifelong condition. Treatment options may include exposure to UVA and depigmentation of the skin in severe cases.
