Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....
As per your complain the white stuff mixed with blood seems to be pus discharge from the extraction socket and it is due to infection in the extraction socket..
The infection after extraction in the socket can be either due to any left out root piece in the extraction socket, any foreign body impacted in the socket or due to food lodgement. All of these serve as a source for bacterial proliferation, infection and pus formation..
You should take care of it and immediately consult your
dentist and get evaluated and in case of left over root piece, extraction of the same followed by antibiotics like
Augmentin 625 mg thrice a day can help..
For foreign body and food lodgement removal of the same, irrigation and antibiotics can relieve..
You should gargle with chlorohexidine at least twice a day as it has an antimicrobial action and will help in keeping bacterial count low..
Hope this information helps..
