Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history , my treatment advice is-
1. You are probably having Acne on trunk .
2. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily .
3. Apply an anti acne lotion like Clindamycin lotion twice daily on affected skin.
4. Other treatment options are oral doxycycline, minocycline and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist .

Thanks.
