General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The raw white area with pain and numbness indicate possible inflammation or partially healed raw area over the operated part. My guidelines as below:
- Local cleansing with antiseptic liquid
- Application of neomycin cream if no history of drug sensitivity
- Discuss the need of antibiotics, anti inflammatory medicines with your doctor during next scheduled visit
- Take care to avoid tight fitting shoes or stockings
- Keep blood sugar under control

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
