What Causes White Itchy And Painful Spots Around Testicles And Penis?

Hi .I ve recently noticed I have white marks that look like a lack of pigmentation around my testicals and penis, the marks cause me no discomfort, pain or itching urges, they do not discharge in any way or swell, they are just simply there. Also I seem to be getting more and more as time passes, what could this be?

Hello,

The most common cause of such spots around testicle and penis without pain and provoking itching is Genital herpes with HSV 2 virus or early gonorrhea condition. A thorough clinical examination is must to get cured at earliest without it manifest systemically. Till the time being approach follow the instructions carefully as
- drink more liquids
- keep the area clean with antiseptic liquid and dry
- wear loose, clean cotton inner wears
- avoid any type of sex or masturbation till complete recovery
- keep blood sugar under control
- do finish medicines as per the advise of your doc which may be combination of anti viral, anti biotic with or without anti fungal medications
- in future as well, multiple sex partners must be refrained (if the case applies to you)
