Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of white lump on uvula post tonsillectomy which could be due to infection in throat. These lumps is not an abnormal finding but in case if the pain is excessive you should consult your treating surgeon so that he can do a clinical evaluation and check for any infections. Need not to worry. You should take proper antibiotic course to subside infection. You should take Tramadol and steroids to reduce inflammation and pain. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Maintain proper hygiene. avoid taking very hot and spicy food. Drink plenty of water and liquids.
