What Causes White Lumps Along The Line Of Frenulum?

Hi i have small white bumps/sacks on my frenulum before its just one and after few months I noticed that there s another two tiny bumps besidethe line of frenulum im being worried i neverfeel that it gets pain and itchy i hope to hear your answer with this doc and what are the things that i need to do to handle this bumps and what is the cause of this?

Small white lumps on frenum of penis having no pain and no itiching are genital warts. Both partners should be treated. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice podophylline resin to be applied locally twice s day for three days a week for two months.
