What Causes White Patch On The Penis Tip?
Hi, I have this white patch on my penis tip. I saw it initially a month and a half before. There was some very mild itching initially. I bought Panderm cream and applied it for two days. But there was no change. Then I started applying coconut oil regularly and it started subsiding (at least it looked like it was subsiding). For the last 1 week I stopped applying coconut oil and today morning it looks like the white color is slowly coming back. I don t have any irritation whatsoever. There is no itching. Except that I can see the color change. I live in Dubai and its winter here. Does it have anything to do with the weather?

A white colored, non-itchy, rash on penis can be due to psoriasis.
Psoriasis is a skin dermatosis wherein the turn over of skin cells starts increasing from 28 days to 6-8 days.
The skin becomes white scaly and the scales start shedding when scraped.
External genitalia ar a common site of psoriasis and psoriasis gets precipitated in winters commonly.
However, a clinical assessment is necessary before a definitive diagnosis can be made.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a dermatologist for clinical assessment.
Treatment of psoriasis depends on the type of psoriasis and treatment options include tar, retinoids and steroids.
