What Causes White Patches All Over The Body?

I have patches all over my body that looks like a radioactive symbol and white stuff ones out if I squeeze but there's three openings but there's skin behind it.. I have psoriasis on the back of my neck but this doesn't look like it at all I've never had it anywhere but my neck
