The differential diagnosis of cervical cancer includes other conditions that result in irregular or heavy vaginal bleeding, vaginal discharge, or a visible cervical lesion. genital tract bleeding and vaginal discharge may be caused by a variety of conditions. Postcoital bleeding or post touching bleed, which is the most specific presentation of cervical cancer, may also result from cervicitis.
Your doctor needs to see you again to do cytology, biopsy and
colposcopy or test for other infection from your cervix so it helps to make your diagnosis better and give the right management to you.
