General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Is the region abnormally dry or left damp through the day? Sometimes dry skin can also present as patches and will just peel off within time, what you can do in such cases is to drink plenty of water and apply a moisturizer over the region.

In case the region is being left damp almost the entire day, due to heat and sweat, this can lead to a fungal infection. This will require changes like cleaning up regularly, staying in a well ventilated place, avoid wearing a tight bra for a few days, and may be even the topical application of an anti-fungal cream like miconazole or cotrimazole.

Best wishes
