Hello doctor, I m developing with white patches ,here and there on my face! What is the cause for that.,, And please do suggest me a face wash and face cream . I have combination skin type, some areas dry and some are oily,,. My skin tone is dusk. Suggest me à cream that makes me fair

You need to do at first some lab works on the vitamin level in your blood, this is a vitamin deficiency as I think. No cream would be good in that.
