What Causes White Patches On The Penis For A 27-year-old?
Hi, I am a male 27. Recently I have found some white patches on my penis. Can anyone please tell me is it vitiligo or something else. I am just worried is it common or it will spread with time. Plz reply is there any way to cure this. Plz reply with genuine answers. Thanks

As per my surgical experience, vitiligo is not a common lesion found on the penis. Other depigmentation disorders as psoriasis, fungal infection or others must be sorted out against vitiligo. If associated ulcer is there, one can think of syphillis as well.
