What Causes White Pimple-like Spots On Penis?

Sir, I Got white pimples type thing on my penis from last 15days n then after tht I gone to doc he suggested m-levrage 250 n one tube called as Flonida-5% n one soap called as clorbax I used tht soap but from last 2days I found my penis got swelled n even the pimples they r getting rubbed n cut off I m in pain Ryt now n skin of d penis outer is swelled n black it s paining plzz help suggest me a medicine which works my age 25years

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What problems you are facing could be due to use of things, which might have caused allergic reaction on your penis.
Kindly discontinue its use and take the following measures to overcome your symptoms:
1. Wash the area with cold water using mild antiseptic solution like povidine.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin in combination with hydrocortizone skin ointment to the lesions present on the penis.
3. Take antihistaminic medication namely Tablet. Levocetrizine once a day.
4. Wear loose fitting undergarments and abstain from sexual activities till the lesions heal completely.
