What Causes White Pimple On The Clitoris Of An Infant?
Hi goodmorning im a mother of a 4 month old baby girl, i noticed a white pimple like spot on her clitoris while changing her diaper yesterday. Im worried coz i think i also saw a white discharge in her vagina but wasn t so sure. Is it normal? Her temperature is normal. However im not sure if she doesn t feel pain coz she didn t really cry when i wiped it. But at night when she s asleep she cries suddenly and she is lifting her tummy up by her feet pushing the ground. Is it connected to her clitoris?

Understand your concern.
It may be cyst that is common in vaginal area.
I think it is skene's duct cyst: It look like pimple near the urethra.
It require no treatment.
But if associated with itching, redness and pain , it require drainage and antibiotics
Following are the other cause of lump in vagina:
1. Blocked hair follicle
2. Blocked sweat gland
3. Fordyce cyst
4. Molluscum contagium
5. Bartholin cyst: rare
All this cyst are pain less and harmless generally.
Do not pop up , it causes infection and bleeding
But if it is very large and associated with pain, dysuria, fever, itching , redness and foul smelling vaginal discharge.
Then
You should think about infection
And consult to doctor for drainage and take antibiotics.
Also maintain hygiene and keep the area dry.
