What Causes White Rashes With Itchiness On Scrotum And Penis?
Hi I have noticed a large white rash starting on my scrotum and it had spread up my penis . The shaft now itches every now and again and I have noticed like a blistering on the edges of the rash which can become sore if is very smooth to touch and looks abit flakey . Should I be worried thanks
