What Causes White Sesame Seed Looking Specks In A Baby's Stool?

What produces the white sesame seed looking specks in a breastfed baby's stool? I am assuming they come from the fatty richness of the hindmilk. I am not concerned, merely curious. I nursed two babies two years each and saw plenty of this. I would like to be able to explain it to my daughter, who is now nursing her own baby.
