What Causes White Spot At The Back Of Throat Along With Ear Pain?

Dear Doctor, I had my tonsils out in 2012. Since then I have developed bouts of pharygitis. And mouth ulcers. This is now back again, but the white ulcer is where my right tonsil used to be . This is with associated ear pain, irritated throat, itch, painful swallowing, especially when I wake in the morning. No swollen glands, no fever. Throat swab negative for strep. I have done a viral mouth swab and will send it tomorrow. FBC, ESR are normal. LTF and immunology not back yet. It s been nearly a week now. Ulcer no better? Using anaesthetic spray, manuka honey, difflam mouthwash. Painkillers. Feeling very unwell and lethargic. Concerned it could be something eles? Back of pharynx very red. I Tested negative for genital HPV in February. I ve been in a secure steady relationship for 3 & half years. Immune system- in general, would not be great. I ve seen rheumatologist to rule out bechets. I also had a consult with ENT Consultant march 2014 and he did a laryngoscopy and saw ulcers. My ANA was high positive and homogenous.... But my DNA is negative so they tell me there s no lead. I m lost! I am not a smoker, drink seldom.
