What Causes White Spot On Clitoral Hood?

I m 20 years old, and for nearly 8 years, I ve had this white callus-like spot on my clitoral hood. Originally, I had cut myself (with a hangnail) and it healed quickly. But ever since there s a thicker callus-like skin. It never hurts, never any mote sensitive than it should be, but it s right where I masturbate. I ve never been sexually active. Should I be worried?

Dear Madam,I have gone through your case history very carefully.from my day to day clinical practice I presume this callus like spot can be due to some skin lesion that can be of fungal or bacterial cause.so my sincere suggestion is instead of cutting it with hangnail please see a skin specialist for a thorough clinical check-up and possible treatment.thank you.
