What Causes White Spots On Face And Neck?
Iam got white spots on face since last month. No itching and buring sensation but by the time these spots are increasing by its numbers later these appeared on my neck also... Later i go through the net i came to know that is called sobi.. Please suggest me what is treatment for this

The white spots on face and neck with increasing size and number may be part of inflammatory response to auto immune issue to melanin pigmentation or else. Though local application of steroid creams do respond best of the results, I would recommend a reference to dermatologist from this platform so that you can get best therapy prescription with antibiotics if needed as doxycycline or else.
