What Causes White Spots On Face When Breastfeeding?

Hi,
yeah plz do answer coz m worried
some white spots have appeared on the face of my seven months old son
iv noticed them a week ago
first thought was of calcium deficiency
bt m breastfeeding him regularly and he is taking semisolid food aswel
whats the cause??

I really appreciate your concern the given history is suggestive of hypo pigmented patches and this could be because of the anemia this could be the first possibility can be made as you are lactating mother and second is it could be fungal infection in both the condition you keep feeding the kid and wait for some time this could come around and no need to worry about this, take care and have nice day.
