What Causes White Spots On Penis?

Hi, I have some white spots on my penis. They disappear when the penis gets more erect. I ve had it for 5 months and as far as I can remember, they popped up out of nowhere. I ve suspected that it is fungi and I ve tried Canesten cream for 2 weeks now, but it doesn t help, so I m not sure it is fungi anymore. Is it pigment issues? I really appreciate your concern, it may not be true lesion but it could be nonspecific type of appearance and in absence of symptoms it is really nothing to worry, be patience it will be fine on its own hope this information helps.
